- Account information: Name, email address, and profile data provided via Manus OAuth login.
- Adopter profile data: Household information, housing type, pet history, and lifestyle details submitted through the Fast Track Pre-Approval form.
- Reservation data: Name, email, phone, and preferred time slots submitted through the Reserve a Meet feature.
- Donation data: Processed securely by Stripe. We store only your name, email, and donation amount — never card numbers or CVV.
- Raffle entries: Name, email, and ticket purchase records.
- Volunteer applications: Name, contact information, and availability preferences.
- Usage data: Standard web analytics including page views and session duration, collected via privacy-respecting analytics tools.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and review Fast Track Pre-Approval applications.
- To schedule and confirm Meet & Greet reservations.
- To send event reminders and confirmation emails (you may unsubscribe at any time).
- To process donations and issue receipts.
- To coordinate volunteer opportunities.
- To improve our programs and website experience.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as follows:
- Rescue partners: Approved adopter profiles (name, approval status, compatibility notes) may be shared with participating rescue organizations to facilitate same-day adoptions. Rescue partners are bound by confidentiality expectations.
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), and Manus (authentication and hosting). Each operates under their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of people or animals.
5. Data Retention
We retain adopter profile data for up to 24 months from the date of submission or last event attendance. Donation records are retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
6. Cookies & Analytics
We use session cookies for authentication. We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools that do not track individuals across websites. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
