Animal Welfare Society Inc. is a rescue exchange platform only. All adoptions are approved, contracted, and completed exclusively by the partner rescue organization. AWS does not collect adoption fees or transfer custody of any animal.

2Gold Pre-Screen ≠ Adoption Approval

AWS Gold Pre-Screen status is an informational fast-track tool. It does not guarantee adoption approval. Each rescue partner retains full authority to approve or deny any application.

3Same-Day Take-Home Policy

Same-day take-home is possible only with on-site rescue representative approval after completing the rescue's full adoption process. AWS does not authorize take-homes.
